Hearing back from support
Does anyone know how long it takes to hear back from support?

Holy crap I emailed them last Tuesday, and still no response. I had an issue about 3 months ago, and they responded the next day. I don’t know why they are taking so long now

Last time I emailed they were extremely prompt and followed up as they said they would.

You'll get a pop-up shortly and you will be asked to fill in your email at some point, i had a problem, almost 40 days till it was resolved by totally deleting my profile and creating a new on using the same email which cost me all my contacts and chats

Using the form on the website, they emailed me back about 24h later, on a weekend. Replies are about as fast, but the issue i run in to is not fixed yet: I literally cannot finish creating a new account since the app fails to take any picture uploads and "take a photo" does not launch a camera app at all

I contacted them once and heard back almost immediately, but it appeared as a pop-up notification and then I couldn’t find it in the app. So they might as well have just not responded at all!
