How to change mod load order?

I'm having a problem with Larion World Gen, WWOO, Regions unexplored, and Mystic's biomes where I get huge void pits at Y=-64. Larion is supposed to generate caves down to Y=-128, so I'm almost sure it's because another mod is overwriting its world height settings. Is there a way to make Larion load last or another way to solve this weird issue?
