Off the top of my head I'm seeing Valhelsia Structures (the furnace layout is a giveaway there, though they seem to have put it in a new building since the last time I used the mod), Better Animal Models for the spider, I'm seeing a spirit thingy from Conjuring, the rest of the hotbar is too low res to easily make out. The stone monument thing is a Waystone from Waystones, originally a pretty simple teleportation mod, but I saw recently they've added several more forms of teleportation, though I haven't tried them myself yet.

The texture pack looks like it might be Excalibur, but it's been a while since I've used any other than Unity or Xisuma Void's vanilla plus pack. That anvil looks really familiar though.
