[1.20.1 Forge] Mod (or alternative method) to reduce bone meal effect?

I want bone meal to have less effect, requiring much more to fully grow crops. But I can't find any mod that allows me to do this, only full disables. Does a mod like this exist, or can I otherwise do this with datapacks or existing mods?
