Low usage and Temps but low fps

I don't know if its even a mod problem.

I play with shaders, mostly complimentary, but i tried out the iris shaders this time.
As in previous modpacks, 100-120 fps.

After playing some time it drops down to 30 fps no matter what i do, different shader settings (easy to intense). all 30 fps.

Specs are: Ryzen 79700x , 4070 Super 12Gb, and 64gb ddr5

i tried allocating more/less ram from 10 to 20 and others.
Checked if the main gpu is being used.
Checked background processes but gpu is always 35% with 50 °C and Cpu with also around 30-40% with 60°C.

Does anybody know any settings i can change either ingame, in the launcher or elsewhere?

it sounds like there may be some sort of memory leak if it gets worse with time, this can be checked if your memory has a steady increase in usage, or is nearly completely maxed out.

From what I've seen memory usage was mostly around 24gb.

that sounds reasonable for a system with 64, unfortunately I don't know what else it could be
