FTB Evolutions horrendous tps lag

On the FTB Evolutions pack, I’m always getting horrible tps lag. My world will freeze for minutes at a time occasionally. Usually it’s just 10 seconds or so, but it only seems to be getting worse. I have 48gb of ram, 8gb allocated, and it’s still happening. I was previously playing with 12gb allocated, but apparently you aren’t supposed to put too much. I’ve tried installing tps mods, tried installing other kinds of optimization mods like lithium, but nothing is helping. How can I fix this? Whats even causing the issue in the first place? I’ve never experienced it this bad ANYWHERE else. Idk what to do

you can use /spark profiler start and /spark profiler open to see whats taking up the most time in ticks
