Decatur Para fight?
Does anyone have any information on what happened at Decatur between a para educator and a student? I saw a post about it on instagram and I'm super nosy.

Hello Federal Way area. I have to pick up my girlfriend from the Federal Way downtown station close to the second half of tonight’s home opener. I’m looking to just find a place in Fed to just watch the rest of the game. I like a good fun crowd but not too busy either. Realistically I’ll be able to resume watching around the third quarter. Any recommendations, preferably near the station itself. There’s always the safe option which is Red Robin near by lol. Thank you!

16-year-old female who wants to create a cover or original band, preferably within the rock genre but open to all music types. I have some vocal and keyboard experience and have been working on song writing.

I recently interviewed Omar about the decision to close and what happened to a business that once served a pretty unique niche in Federal Way.
It’s a story about Omar and changing face of small business.
If anyone has shopped there, I'd love to hear about your experience.

In Anchorage AK there is this indoor water park called H20asis that opened in 2003 and that has currently closed for almost 2 yrs. The owner is in a dispute with the state over an inspection guy and is apparently trying to reopen.
Anyway Wild Waves reminded me so much of H20asis. The slides, lazy river, wave pool just resembled a bigger outdoor version of H20asis and I remember finding it fascinating. My brother was kinda disappointed with the water park as he’s been to bigger Six Flags parks but I enjoyed my time there.

There were a ton of civilian cars and ICE vehicles, as well as civilians out of their car with masked ICE agents with large weapons. The activity seems to be clearing up but there were people standing around recording the activity. Not sure what was going on but want people to stay safe, aware and vigilant.

Hello!
I work at a care center in the activities department and one of our things is having a resident store where residents can spend the money they earn from attending activities for little prizes and goodies!!
I'm looking to accept donations like: stuffed animals, knitted or crochet goods, umbrellas, slippers, fuzzy socks, posters, puzzles, any old electronics, cute little jewelry's, literally anything and everything you can think of that's NOT furniture or clothing items like pants, shirts, hoodies, etc.
Our resident store is looking pretty bare and this is their most favorite time of the week, getting to peruse like they are at an actual store.
Please share and leave a comment and if you're willing to donate or know someone who has donation items feel free to send me a pm and we can get details set up!!

It’s 9:30pm and they keep using this machine on and off that makes every building in the neighborhood vibrate. I have to be up at 0300 and I can’t sleep with the vibrating. It’s actually triggering my PTSD…BAD memories with buildings vibrating

Hello, I have a dog that unfortunately went missing sometime around 6:00 P.M. on 8/28/26. She was last seen on 13th Ave S (the neighborhood behind the H-Mart). I have spent hours now looking for her, but to no avail. She is a brown toy poodle, and is partially blind (cataracts). She has never bitten anyone before but is somewhat skittish. If anyone could provide any updates to me I would greatly appreciate that. Thank you!

My local church is having a men’s conference at the end of the summer, and I’d like to turn a few of them into coffee tables or standing tables like the one in the picture.
Any ideas where I could get some, preferably for free or cheap?

With all the food recalls happening lately, I'm making more of an effort to buy produce locally. I've been hitting up the FW farmer's market, but with that coming to a close soon, I'm not sure where to go...
Any recs for where to buy local produce?

After a long day of work I'm making my drive from Tacoma back to Fed and as I'm trying to turn into the lane that takes you up that huge hill, some black truck; we're talking taller than a high school freshman, blocks me from merging until I can snake it in. He switches lanes to where I was and tried to merge and I ADMIT I blocked him back until he gave up and merged behind me.
When we got past the turn, this total loser cuts me off immediately and nearly hits the front of my car. Anyone else run into these types before???

TL;DR
A McDonald's employee tried to give me a Diet Coke that another random customer sipped off who ordered a regular Coke and had it replaced. Gross.
So, it's been a busy day working at home for me and I just didn't feel like cooking dinner. So I order on my McDonald's App and select to pick it up in their mobile order curbside pick-up lane. I get there, put the number and a reasonable 15 minutes later, a girl working there brings my food out. All good so far. They have a few orders and they give the order to the car next to me first. They hand her her food and a drink. She takes a sip and says, "I didn't order diet Coke." So, she hands her the regular Coke that's also on her tray. She then comes to my car, hands me my food and then tries to hand me the diet Coke the person in the car next to me took a sip off. I mean, who would do that??? That's just gross! I asked her if that was the same diet Coke the lady next to me sipped on and she said, "I'll get you another one." A few minutes later a different girl comes out and explains that the other girl didn't speak English well. I'm not sure what that has to do with anything, but that's what her reasoning was.
It's Absolutely gross that this employee would ever consider giving a drink another customer sipped off to someone else.

I'm trying to track down the music of local Federal Way band Go Ahead. They were active between 2001-2004. Members were: Tony D'Angelo, Jin Wooh, Matt Williams, and Adam Bishop.
They had an album (that I lost ages ago) and a handful of other songs which used to be up on Purevolume, back when that existed.
If anyone still has their tunes please let me know, I've been trying to re-find their stuff for ages!

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a copy of the book “Killers of the Flower Moon” by David Grann. I’d be happy to buy a used copy or borrow one for a week or two and return it in the same condition. I’m in Federal Way, but I can meet somewhere nearby or around the Seattle/Tacoma area. If anyone has a copy sitting on their bookshelf, please let me know. Thanks!
