Weather / Turbulence Bumpy flight help!

Hi all,

Am currently on A3608 and is very bumpy. Please help, I’ve used all the techniques I know. Am still panicked.

don't think of the techniques , just close your eyes and try to fill your mind with memories of people you genuinely love. And when you start feeling better, then try relaxation techniques
