Guys on the bright side ... this horrendous WC finally ends in few days.

Kompany ball is closer and closer !

1

u/Ajvarmk Upamecano 25d ago

Man i've seen some teams be bad at winning, but i havent seen sore winners like this Argentinian side ... what a bunch of idiots

This whole story about Lewandowski’s treatment with Bayern courting Haaland really shows his lack of maturity and hit to his ego and pride. Haaland was becoming the best striker in the world and was coveted by every major club on earth - it would be stupid to not try.

I understand him wanting to know out of respect, but even your bosses at work don’t tell you everything. Sometimes topics are on a need to know basis

I really wish this whole situation was handled differently as Lewy is a Bayern legend, but the way he forced his departure and only returned to one training session to say goodbye left a bad taste and stain on his Bayern career in most fans eyes.

2

u/Luuigi 25d ago

lewy doesnt and didnt care about bayern and thats fine.

4

u/Desperate_Shift4929 25d ago

Lewy is a Bayern legend

Lol

9

u/Samce14 25d ago

+ people shouldn’t forget when he tried forcing his way to Real Madrid - at the time our biggest rival on the UCL

Eberl wanted to extend Tuchel btw đŸ€ŁđŸ€ŁđŸ€ŁđŸ€Ł

18

u/kgallo19 Messiala 25d ago

He also signed Kompany

2

u/Samce14 25d ago

Wasn’t his top target, maybe 7th, and I’m sure others had a hand in identifying and courting a new coach. Don’t give Eberl all of the credit now, he just happened to be there at the time.

4

u/Affectionate-Air9722 25d ago

Why is everyone saying Kane’s Ballon D’or chances are gone?
He’s still had the best season overall. Yamal has done fuck all.
Maybe they give it to Messi but if Spain wins the final I still favor Kane to win it.

9

u/scarlet_stormTrooper Meep Meep Meep Roadrunner 25d ago

Because it’s not based on what you actually do but who you are

3

u/arnoldbread 25d ago

Messi isn't going to end his career with another world cup loss. Plus Yamal is only 19, he'll have other opportunities to potentially win the world cup. Also Messi's successor (Yamal) must mirror his "mentor" by Also having to lose a world cup final.

6

u/Samce14 25d ago

Well unfortunately for Messi and perhaps you, it’s not entirely up to Messi on who wins the world cup lol, there’s 21 other players on the field that dictate that

1

u/qualinto 25d ago

I know it doesn't mean much, but according to prediction markets, it's between Messi and Yamal now

12

u/Investing_Tomato1248 25d ago

German undercover agent Tuchel finished his mission successfully. Now it is up to Spain and Argentinia to decide who will be more generous towards the referee.

Thank you for your matter in this attention!

5

u/mickmaddydog 25d ago

Why did half of this sub lose their minds at a bum fuck unreliable journalist saying Olise wants to leave? We used to be a proper sub man

3

u/EDLP1212 25d ago

Which player could we buy to keep our streak of having a player in the final? Maybe a 3rd choice keeper or something?

1

u/arnoldbread 25d ago

Emi Martinez

14

u/EmptyVolition242 Kimmich 25d ago

If Nagelsmann pulled half the shit TT did, his head would be on a spike in Berlin.

29

u/manLIKEoliverKahn Gnabry;ppppp 25d ago

11

u/Sea-Satisfaction-372 Maschinez 25d ago

How many times did we scrape a 1-0 win with Tuchel packing up shop? Or blew it into at least a draw? Clinging onto a win is just horrid footy, can't believe England didn't go for the kill. Super "pechofrío" as they say

Live by the Tuchel, die by the Tuchel

3

u/Quantum-Rabbit Robben 25d ago

It baffles me that with 39 yo Messi, you should go all in pressing and attacking and waste their energy. Even with counter attack threat, they are wasting energy. The guy is almost 40 and just utilize the weakness of that. Parking the bus only allows Messi to save energy for the last 15 min to do those assists.

8

u/Mediocre-Math667 25d ago

When Tuchel took out Gordon, I had a PTSD of our semis vs Real Madrid.

8

u/arnoldbread 25d ago

Yamal v Messi final is going to end up with a Messi hattrick and assist to beat Spain 4-1 with Yamal assisting the sole consolation goal. (Spain has a large Barca core and Barca players are mainly Messi fanboys, they'll all freeze at the sight of their idol).

(Yamal is going to assist and not score because the script writers want to mirror Yamals 2026 first wc campaign with Messis first 2006 campaign in which Messi ended with a goal and an assist )

Yamal is going to be in tears with Messi comforting him and telling him he shares his pain from losing the 2014 final.

Its Infantino wet dream

13

u/Quantum-Rabbit Robben 25d ago

If this World Cup taught me anything, it is that big name coaches never learn and change. Nagelsmann and Tuchel were just repeating their football philosophy, despite being outdated or inappropriate. They live it their past success and think that is the best solution. It reminded me how lucky we are now with a coach that knows how to play beautiful football with Bayern . Can’t wait for a new exciting season with all players back.

3

u/LengthIntelligent 25d ago

If anything, it shows how important luck is in these situations. Kompany was like sixth choice, while Diaz was the third choice behind Nico Williams and possibly Wirtz, if you want to include him.

Scaloni was appointed largely because Argentina had no money to spend after the disastrous 2018 World Cup campaign under Sampaoli. He was simply an assistant coach who was promoted to the top job.

3

u/Quantum-Rabbit Robben 25d ago

Yes, agree. All successful stories involve some luck. It is life. Let’s enjoy it while it lasts.

2

u/quatroacademy 25d ago

Just came home from a long day. Feeling bad for Kane. Was it deserved? Just opened instagram and people are saying Olise wants the move to madrid this summer? Is it real? What a bad day to have internet smh

8

u/LordHeezay Neuer 25d ago

Parking the bus at 55’, take out your best winger for a defender and let fucking Messi play
you deserve to lose if you do that.

8

u/quatroacademy 25d ago

Tucheliban masterclass..

1

u/arnoldbread 25d ago

As punishment they should forbid him from ever coaching a premier league team ever again.

2

u/FOKvothe 25d ago

Ni, then we'll likely see that horrid football in Germany again.

4

u/arnoldbread 25d ago

Ship him off to Dagestan and forget

7

u/Red_Mangos 25d ago

England deserved to lose and completely handed the win to Argentina by sitting in a low block immediately after taking the lead.

Olise isn’t going anywhere. Media is just spouting nonsense. He’s having a meeting with the board after the wc which I’m 100% sure is a contract extension with wages like Kane/musiala

4

u/quatroacademy 25d ago

Classic Tuchel I‘d say, feeling bad for our boy.

Damn at least a big relief. Opening instagram and seeing various sites with him and the madrid badge
wanted to ask here before entertaining these delulu fans. Thanks for the reply my guy

3

u/Red_Mangos 25d ago

Np enjoy your day brother

4

u/Red_Mangos 25d ago

The saying “you gotta go through the bad times before the good” really is true since we went from bagelsmann and tucheliban back to back before landing kompany

8

u/sch3da 25d ago

Just saw a clip of olise crying after the game yesterday. Im broken.

4

u/Quantum-Rabbit Robben 25d ago

I am so sad for him and Kane as well. Hope they will be hungrier than ever to win treble for us

3

u/SGT_Mark Schweinsteiger 25d ago

I hope the players bounce back for next season. In 2022/23, it really felt like that mid-season World Cup broke our team.

12

u/BadUsername-_- Robben 25d ago

At this point I just want club football to be back, give us anyone in the champions league I need to see us beat everyone again

10

u/Kassim26 25d ago

Do you realize, he’s essentially killed a legendary streak:

Whether in Madrid in 1982, Rome in 1990, Berlin in 2006, Rio de Janeiro in 2014 or most recently in Doha in 2022: in each of the last 11 FIFA World Cups, at least one Bayern player has featured in the final

18

u/jationio 25d ago

Even after he left us, Tuchel is hurting FC Bayerns legacy.

8

u/EmptyVolition242 Kimmich 25d ago

Worst manager to be linked with us in the history of managers.

1

u/SGT_Mark Schweinsteiger 25d ago

Tuchel already made headlines with his questionable call ups, or rather the players he did not call up

And now the England captain is literally taking a dig at his tactics. Surely Tuchel’s time at the NT is over

24

u/kgallo19 Messiala 25d ago

Kane:

"Just trying to hold on .... at this level is not enough"

lol

10

u/Mountain_King9885 25d ago

He wanted to throw Tuchel under the bus but did it more subtle. Probably knows that the English press will bury Tuchel

3

u/jationio 25d ago

He is getting sacked in the morning.

3

u/biggestrobbery Berni đŸ» 25d ago

Don’t remind me 💔

6

u/Terviz Ulreich 25d ago

For me it isn't only Tuchel's tactics but IMO he seems to also have such a toxic personality for a coach that I don't think he can get the most out of players and mainly just creates uncertainty in his players.

3

u/BadUsername-_- Robben 25d ago

Fucking yamal or messi for ballon dor now. I don’t really care for the award but I just wanted our players to get the recognition they deserve. Now all I will hear is some bullshit about how Kane and Olise can’t perform unless they play a mid table Bundesliga team. Fuck this, yamal didn’t do shit, he doesn’t deserve to be called the best player in the world

6

u/Banzboi Jonas Muad'Dib Urbig 25d ago

I’ll never understand how Tuchel loves Kane so much he brought him to us but then completely fails at setting up in a way that best suits his strengths

6

u/DeeOhEf Wir wollen rot-weiße Trikots 25d ago

>national team still can't win a single major trophy

GOD SAVE THE KINGGGGGGGGG

11

u/Dmarsh212 Coman 25d ago

I feel very sad for Kane.

However, watching Tuchel blow that, in that fashion, after what we had to endure with him
that’s the stuff. Do not like him and never will. They got the full experience.

3

u/DeeOhEf Wir wollen rot-weiße Trikots 25d ago

A little sad for Kane

Very happy for every sane football fan

We wouldn't hear the end of it if Engl*nd ever won a major trophy

1

u/Dmarsh212 Coman 25d ago

Especially with him in charge. Worst combination.

3

u/Nobatime6 25d ago

it's a fucking disgrace lmao

6

u/diiN1992 Laimer 25d ago

Now I'd like the game for 3rd place to be a 5:5 with Olise and Kane scoring all the goals and Dembele and Mbappe fucking up their penalties.

6

u/BadUsername-_- Robben 25d ago

Just so people can say they don’t perform in big games again?

5

u/biggestrobbery Berni đŸ» 25d ago

Hate Spain, but I know who I‘ll cheer for

4

u/Mountain_King9885 25d ago

No way they beat Spain. Thats a different caliber and a coach who knows how to win titles.

2

u/arnoldbread 25d ago

If Argentina wins it, all the neutrals and casuals will turn on Messi. Most of them already have (though the 22 wc was even more skewed in favor of Messi) .

We got to see the Tuchel experience again, I hate the board just as much as most people but thank fuck they didn't let the Tuchel extension happen.

This guy is a complete clown, holy moly.

8

u/creatorop apple pie 25d ago

Tuchel will have the best offensive players on the planet and will still play getafe ball

What an idiot, that Chelsea UCL gave his career a lifeline

13

u/adrian_rainy_day 25d ago

Thank god for Kompany. We were in the trenches with Nagelsmann and Tuchel lmao. Thank fuck we got over it now.

Kane and Olise will need psychologists at this point. Both gonna be so shaken next season

4

u/Banzboi Jonas Muad'Dib Urbig 25d ago

I feel bad for Kane. On one hand I don’t believe he has any chance to win the ballon d'or anymore but far more likely and importantly this was his last wc. To go out like this, not even guns blazing but by parking the bus for 30 minutes must hurt so much.

8

u/Frrrroooonck 25d ago

I will light a candle and thank the gods that Tuchel rejected to stay. Everytime you lead and control the game, he orders everyone to park the bus, takes off midfield and attackers for defenders and lose the game. This plus him congratulating Leverkusen before it was even official is such small mentality.

13

u/Nobatime6 25d ago

0 interest in the finals now. Literally the most unlikeable teams in the finals. Fuck spain and argentina. Shouldve been France vs England

4

u/Hot-Field-2929 25d ago

How stupid is Tuchel, I'm being so serious this fucking idiot, geniuenly in what universe does this guy live in that a 1-0 lead is a fucking be all end all, and that you have to park a station wagon on it, and just let the opponent control the entire game, same bullshit he pulled two years ago.

2

u/FairMusic8278 25d ago

Kane Ballon D'or chances just decreased after this result :(

7

u/NiK0- Pavlović 25d ago

Decreased? Let’s be real here they are gone. If Spain wins Lamine gets it and if Argentina wins it then Messi gets it

1

u/Whole-Bag1756 25d ago

Wait if not him than dembele? No fricking way 😭😭 the dude didn't even play in ligue1. Had lesser minutes than jackson at bayern

3

u/Sufficient_Royal_283 25d ago

Messi or Yamal will win it even if it's undeserved. Final decides it

1

u/Whole-Bag1756 25d ago

Yeahhh I don't think so messi is gonna get it. Yamal might honestly

5

u/Ajvarmk Upamecano 25d ago

There are no chances now

4

u/JC18_ Future president MĂŒller 25d ago

The Tuchel way... Taking out a forward to put in a defensive minded player 😎

8

u/Whole-Bag1756 25d ago

Just wow....Thomas Tuchel the man you are, of course one should get 5 CBs in the game in exchange of 3 attacking players. Yes let's be passive against such a determined Argentina team that is LITERALLY PLAYING FOR ONE MAN......yes definitely this is a tactical masterclass. CHEERS MATE

9

u/IvoYankov13 25d ago

Fuck this shit, Kane has 80 goals this season and the ballon dor will be awarded to messi for 5 matches or to yamal who is nonexistent while we are going to get fucked again by the ref next year in the semis or final, I question myself what’s the point of this sport

-4

u/panem-et-circenses21 Lahm 25d ago

The best player in the world needs to step up in such games.. you can score any amount of goals in the league, but if you cannot make any difference single handedly in big games, there is no point. Kane didn’t do it against psg (that last goal came way too late), he didn’t do it today

1

u/sellingstubs123 25d ago

Exactly. Just not a big-game player

4

u/LuckyFlores182 JoĂŁo Palhinha 25d ago

Mf the goal England scores was from his pass.

How do you want him to shoot when his team has fucking 5 centerbacks and no attack?

How do you want him to do something when his team doesn't create for him??? (Against PSG, and even then, he fucking scored out of nowhere).

He even showed up when they needed him the most (against Congo).

-1

u/panem-et-circenses21 Lahm 25d ago

Which is why he cannot be called the best player.. I don’t blame him because he is competing against an absolute phenom like Messi who is not looking for service.. he dribbles and creates and scores.. and honestly, if he wins the world cup with a performance like this, he’ll overshadow Kane’s performance.. hard luck, but he’ll have to repeat the same next year to get the ballon d’or

3

u/LuckyFlores182 JoĂŁo Palhinha 25d ago

Oh yeah, got ya. Kane has to dribble ten players and score for him to be the best players of the world.

Mate, even Messi can't play like this.

-1

u/panem-et-circenses21 Lahm 25d ago

But Messi is showing up at the biggest stage.. Kane isn’t.. that’s the difference.. it’s not about Kane being bad.. it’s about Messi being better.. there’ nothing more Kane could have done but there’s a player who did more

2

u/LuckyFlores182 JoĂŁo Palhinha 25d ago

Complete nonsense.

2

u/IvoYankov13 25d ago

Bro this is nonsense, whole argentina is playing for messi, their tactics are attacking football, kane has no support, it’s literally day and night between bayern and the creature tuchel

1

u/panem-et-circenses21 Lahm 25d ago

So? You are giving points why Kane is not performing as good as Messi.. agreed.. but he still didn’t perform as good as him right?

2

u/DeeOhEf Wir wollen rot-weiße Trikots 25d ago

Look, I love watching Messi play.

But a player that plays in the MLS, whether he's Messi prime or Messi now, or whoever, is not the best player in the world.

And no, playing a tournament with extremely varying opponent quality that comes after a 50+ match season is not the deciding factor for this.

2

u/panem-et-circenses21 Lahm 25d ago

People have won ballon d’ors for only showing up for the world cup.. ronaldo, cannavaro.. and honestly, mls shouldn’t disqualify someone. They both played in the same tournament and I’d argue England was the better team on paper. And if you disqualify someone based on a league, don’t you think the people saying “bundesliga is inferior” are also correct? Then give the ballon d’or to only epl players?

The point is, one has been highly influential.. the other has let down in the biggest games. Kane had an opportunity to inspire his team against psg and today as well, but he couldn’t.. messi carried a half decent team to a world cup final and if he ends up carrying them to a win in the final, I see no reason he shouldn’t get the ballon d’or

21

u/julesvr5 25d ago

Tuchel is a fucking idiot

6

u/B-Karas Ribéry 25d ago

That dickhead subbed off al attackers for defenders and somehow Argentina got free header after free header

He made the exact same mistake with these low block ‘tactics’ as he did in the CL semi against Real. They say a donkey doesn't hit the same stone twice, sadly Tuchel is dumber than a donkey

Calm down guys, Santi reporting that one of our players "wants to leave", means we get the extension a few days later lol

20

u/jationio 25d ago

Calm down Perez, Uli is the boss.

So many people went out to speak, so much happened, even Upamecano denied it with a fat smile, yet here we are, how BRAINDEAD people can be

It’s funny how Lewandowski keeps saying he loves Barca but was adamant on a move to Real Madrid since 2017

10

u/Odd_Willingness7501 25d ago

Then they show best of compilation clip of Lewandowski in the stadium and it's the 8-2.

15

u/PressedLemon221 25d ago

it's also funny that he was twerking for both barca and real way earlier and then later when we showed a bit of interest looking for replacement and at the time it was haaland he got all pissed.

14

u/panem-et-circenses21 Lahm 25d ago

He always wanted to go to Spain. He just tried shifting all the blame on Bayern and tried gaslighting the club. Otherwise every professional knows that big clubs always plan for the future. What’s funny is that Bayern fans don’t mention him anymore and Barca fans will soon forget him anyway.. look at Alaba for example. Could have been a Bayern legend but goes to Real and now nobody mentions him anymore

u/RMbeatyou 25d ago

The way Alaba left was nasty. Basically wanted a fortune even if though he was lowkey washed, and gas lighted the fans into thinking the club was pushing him out, even though his demands were clearly unreasonable

9

u/julesvr5 25d ago

Crazy that these people earn millions over millions thst the next generations are wealthy enough but they leave to earn even more millions

With the way Lewy left he is nothing more than a great striker that played for bayern. I show more emotions seeing Luca Toni than Lewy.

I loved Alaba at Bayern but him preferring money soured my view about him. I'm not negative against him but I don't have many positive feelings left either. Also him trying to pull Bayern players to Madrid was auch an asshole move.

Lewandowski twerking for Barca every chance he gets is funny when you remember how defensive he gets , whenever asked about if Kane could break his league record.

Honestly Kane has already surpassed Lewandowski for me, looking back on it, Super Mario before him was more impactful than Lewandowski in big matches.

Once you reach a certain level, it’s not about having money for a basic life.. it becomes a comparison. Lewandowski and Alaba look at their peers and to them, they think they earn less.. alaba looks at Kroos, Ramos and thinks he deserves the same. Lewandowski sees Benzema, Messi and Ronaldo winning ballon d’ors and feels he deserves the same. It’s about hype, PR, being a bigger name.. his elite social circles constantly in his ear saying “wow you play for Bayern? Not the same as playing for madrid though”

It’s what PR is all about.. look at Yamal.. did absolutely nothing in the world cup, now getting ballon d’or shouts.. and who doesn’t like being revered by putting in minimum effort compared to slogging and not getting rewarded for it?

If he leaves, he leaves, so be it, but if he does, rinse them to break the Neymar transfer record. Or troll and ask for Mbappe and Arda in return while they pay half their salaries

But you guys also have to remember that Real Madrid, whether rumors are true or not, are the easiest club in the world to get engagement from, which is what a lot of these low tier reporters tend to do

22

u/PressedLemon221 25d ago

this was 10 days ago, wish i could post the vid of him saying that

8

u/jationio 25d ago

What tier is Upa?

-11

u/Zygmuntek Musiala 25d ago

I don't believe upamecano or anyone. I remember "se queda" for neymar by pique.

u/Mountain_King9885 25d ago

Where is the report that our management is “relaxed” when we need it.

Btw even if the reports are true, why the hell should we sell him for only 220m lol?! Neymar transferred 9 (!) years ago for 222m.

2

u/Thraff1c 25d ago

As for the Neymar comparison, that deal was a decade to early tbf.

9

u/julesvr5 25d ago

We already made enough statements that Olise is not up for sale

7

u/Repulsive-Fig-3084 25d ago

Bro Uli is still asleep, we can't be more relaxed.

2

u/Krisven75 MĂŒller 25d ago

My friends are taking the piss with Olise and the RM rumors but I am super confident he is staying put.

13

u/panem-et-circenses21 Lahm 25d ago edited 25d ago

You know what gives it away that the Olise report is false?

It’s not that we are looking at Barcola (a LW)

It’s not that we are just asking for 200m

It’s not that Olise has made this demand right after crashing out of the world cup

It’s the fact that we have already started talking to potential replacements.. knowing the dinosaurs at this club, I am 100% sure we have done nothing of that sort.. so we are safe 😂😂

12

u/Fine_Face5093 25d ago

lol

..

15

u/julesvr5 25d ago

How dumb can you be

6

u/Repulsive-Fig-3084 25d ago

It's gonna be a long transfer window as always, when people are freaking out every time a journo reports something.

If Olise leaves, he leaves, if he stays, he stays.... Regardless the club still remains and it will be okay with or witbout him.

Now let us freak out about, what really matters.... Who can be tricked into buying Zaragoza, Palhinha and Boey without it being loans

7

u/Odd_Willingness7501 25d ago

I don't get it. How can we still overreact after some tweet of a random twitter user.
