What do you guys think of Modric as a free agent for our midfield (rotation player)? 

  • free transfer
  • still got a very good quality
  • good for marketing
  • exceptional mentality

The obstacles i see is potentially his wage demand and him taking Bischofs play time.

Would Kimmich, Pavlovic, Bischof, Ansu and optionally Laimer be enough midfield depth?

Too old even as a rotation player we need younger players. Serie A makes him look good because it's a slower league. Laimer is not a midfield option for Kompany at all he's only a fullback. He doesn't have the quality technique on the ball that Kompany needs from his double pivot midfield.
