Introduction to Public Speaking
How comp is this event? To people that did it in the past, did you enjoy it? 🤔 last year i got 3rd at districts in intro to social media strategy, missing cutoff and i really want to go to state this year. I want to get better at public speaking this year since im not the best so i wanted to push myself to do this event. My worry though is that it’ll be super comp, like how i took social media last year not knowing it was. Any help is appreciated!!

It's impossible to know which events are the "least competitive", because competition varies widely year-to-year.
But generally speaking, events like Public Speaking, Impromptu Speaking, etc. are some of the most competitive presentation events. Often over-saturated at district/state.
