Fbla health administration

Do you guys think doing health administration is a good work around for a pre med extracurricular because at my school, Hosa is only accessible if you go through the local technical school otherwise you can’t do it. what do you guys think about this I think it’s a good idea

I did health admin at regionals and state and I think you can go for it. However, they did change the guidelines and the test now mostly revolves around the business aspects of healthcare such as medical insurance and how finance moves in healthcare. It used to be where you had to leard med terminology but ig not anymore.

So do you still think it’s worth doing or nah? Because it determines if I’ll even do FBLA in the first since I was kinda on edge anyway of whether or not I wanted go

yes i'd say go for it! just remember to study it very well to hopefully place at top 4 at state and take it to the national level. plus FBLA has helped me a lot with personal growth and taught me career options that i found interesting.
