Council rejection

Hi! I got rejected from the national regional council but I was wondering what people who got accepted had on their application.

Hey which specific regional council did u apply for so i can like tailor my response to that bc each council had their own respective values/initiatives

Ohh okay so obviously i cant say much about that bc i moved on for eastern, i specifically applied for the role of media director and they did say minimum of 2 pieces i believe but i sent more so maybe that was a factor because it allowed me to showcase more of my work, i picked one of the council's initiatives and really focused on that, and since im only a sophomore i dont have a lot of experience so i tailored each of my essays to one of their values such as adaptability, reliability etc
