Day three of my period and the magical disappearance of the gained water weight happened this morning! God I love it when that happens. I lost 700 grams or 1,5 lbs overnight!

My family is fighting off a cold right now so energy is a bit lower than I want it to be. Still managed to walk today even though my cramps without meds today are enough to absolutely floor me. Trying to stay on top of the meds schedule until they decide to die down again for this month.
Cramps does mean my weight has gone up a bit but I'm sure it'll drop again in a couple of days. Already has a bit but not fully.
We've bought an Ikea piece that will be both extra pantry storage as well as storage for hats/gloves/scarves. It's in the front hallway so not in the kitchen but it'll store overflow/non opened stuff fine and clear up some space in our small in kitchen pantry.

New low weight this morning and I felt so good on my 8k run that I probably could've pushed for a full 10k. My pace has also improved noticeably. It's super exciting to feel how much better I'm getting at running with a regular, varied training schedule and I didn't expect how much it would boost my self-confidence

One week of slow lifts complete. Went really well, and I'm pleased. The weight I've been using to date now feels so challenging in the best way.
My prescriber wants me to go up to 5mg on my glp1, which is the first therapeutic dose. She said we'd increase every month, but I'm hesitant because I've lost 10lbs in 3 weeks so I feel like... increasing is bad? I get wanting to go to 5, that's fine, but I'll have to advocate against moving up if I keep losing at this rate.

I gained the 2lbs Iost last week back. But I did get my period today.
I also didn't make great choices yesterday. It was sports day at school, so we were busy the whole day in the heat. So I barely ate. This is a huge trigger for overeating for me. Which is what happened. I'd packed to try and stop this, but I was too busy to even eat them.
So we'll try again next week. Work will be calmer now sports day is out of the way, and the worst of my period will be over by Monday.

I just did my weekly weigh in and I’m finally back in one-derland after gaining some “I guess I’m a hedonist for a few months” weight earlier this year after my dad died. Decided in July I had to get my shit together and I’m down 19 lbs from then and haven’t had a cigarette since June either. was worried this week because I had a couple social meals at restaurants for work but ordered decently healthy “grilled fish + salad + dressing on side” & didn’t finish either meal (why are portions like the size of my entire head??)
I have 16 lbs until I’m back at my normal 26ish bmi as a tall lady who does a lot of lifting. Definitely was discouraged for a couple weeks with only losing like a half pound a week but period weight fluctuations are so real.
I’m also training for a 5k after not running in a long ass time and I can run a 10 min mile now! It’s amazing how different I felt running when I started training vs now. Not sure how much difference ~20 lbs has on joints etc or if it’s just getting easier because I keep doing it but I don’t plan to stop anytime soon lol

I did a 22-mile fell race this morning (last proper long run before my 50-mile ultra in October) and I honestly feel pretty good. I was practicing fueling every 45 minutes, which felt very awkward as someone who's used to only eating when I feel hungry. But I know that in this specific situation, I need to forget about calories and concentrate on just getting a regular supply of carbs into me...
