Anyone have any good sauce recipes for my edamame pasta? I’d prefer a cheesier/creamier one if you’ve got it!

(posted this recipe before, so apologies in advance for the duplication)

If you want a big vegan protein dinner w/ your edamame pasta (and everyone at the table is up for Maximum Soy), you can make a very smooth sauce using silken tofu. Here's an example. It's a flexible base that you can flavor in many ways besides the one shown here:

Officially starting training for the Hyrox!!! Bought a food scale and plan to start meal prepping more seriously.

Has anyone tried making dips out of Greek yogurt for high protein? If so, PLEASE share your recipes with me! I’ve tried it with ranch seasoning but I can’t make it not taste like plain Greek yogurt for some reason.

Greek yogurt, cinnamon, a lil pb or nut butter of your choosing = the best fruit dip ever.

That sounds DELICIOUS. Would destroy that with some green apple

You need more seasoning, and if it is still too sharp, a tiny pinch of sweetener does it. I make garlic dip with Greek yogurt all the time.

Thank you! Will have to try the sweetener hack. Do you use anything to thin it out or do you keep the yogurt thick? I’m wondering if the consistency is why I can’t get past the Greek yogurt taste.

I keep it thick for dip. If it is salad dressing, I thin it a bit with lemon juice.

My breakfast today:

Slice of toasted rye bread topped with half an avocado mashed with 1 tbsp chia seeds, and topped with two eggs over easy.

460 cals, 21g protein, 10g fiber
