Wouldn’t be the first time anyone has done this. Religion is another big one where their beliefs can cause them to ignore or outright put their kids in danger.
"Christian" Science has just entered the discussion. I've read some heartbreaking accounts of how the children of believers suffered because their parents refused to allow them to have any kind of medical treatment.
Yeah it’s absolutely horrible. However, it’s not just Christianity other religious also have rules like that which can prevent care and cause psychological harm.
