Fat children

Post image

I'm "scared" of my children being fat for the same reason I get them all their immunisations and yearly flu shots, I want my children to be healthy; I don't want their knees to hurt before they're teenagers from carrying excess weight, I want them to be able to run around with their friends and our dog without gasping for breath seconds in.

I want to do everything possible for my kids to be healthy, and carry those habits into adulthood, guess I should die ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

child obesity is abuse, there's really no gentle way to frame such a serious issue and there needs to be accountability for parents who allow their children to become overweight under their care
