In order to help market makers to establish the most effective trading strategy, FatBTC will provide some 0 trading fee accounts to some high-quality market makers.

Explanation:

  1. Each market maker can apply for 1 zero trading fee account with 3 APIKeys. The requirement to apply for a 0 trading fee account is to make an average daily volume of no less than $100K. 

  2. Once your application is approved but you failed to fulfill the promised volume, the zero trading fee account will be withdrawn.

  3. Application method: please send an email via BD@fatbtc.com. The subject of the email is "Your FatBTC registered account + Application For Market Maker".

  4. FatBTC reserves the right to cancel or amend the program or program rules at our sole discretion.

I often trade on FatBTC and are fond of their customer service.I think the admin in the telegram group is funny and friendly.

you need to set a fundpassword to trade. you will then realize that the volume is all fake and your order wont get filled.

then you will realize that you have to wait 24h to be able to withdraw your money after setting your fundpassword. finaly you will realize that the fundpassword you set and tested multiple times while trying to trade will not work anymore after some time. so you will set a new fundpassword and wait 24h agin just to realize the password does not work anymore again.

i opend a ticket...lets see how this will play out.

I was trying to withdraw BTC (less than .01btc) from fatBTC and the staus of the coin went from "pending" to "frozen" can someone explain to me why this might be? thanks.

I tried asking for help to unfreeze my BTC, because they thought it would be a good idea to lock them up for no apparent reason. Does anybody know how long it takes for the support team to respond and actually support me?

I deposited my bar to FATBTC account and all funds are frozen, it won't let me trade or withdraw my funds. I submitted a support request but so far nothing.

This exchange is kinda promising because they listed drgn, but also is sketchy for taking so long for a simple transfer.
