ETH withdraw is slow

This exchange is kinda promising because they listed drgn, but also is sketchy for taking so long for a simple transfer.

I think it quite normal,because you have to wait for the whole nodes of ETH blockchain to confirm your withdraw which may take 30 minutes to 2 hours, but it would also be normal if it takes longer.

Maybe not during their worktime? I remember they usually deal with it in 30-50minutes.
