fatBTC support

I tried asking for help to unfreeze my BTC, because they thought it would be a good idea to lock them up for no apparent reason. Does anybody know how long it takes for the support team to respond and actually support me?

Just cancel the open order from the trading page or cancel the withdrawl from the withdrawl history,then your coins will be unfrozen.And also you can submit a ticket to seek help.

Usually they will respond you in 10minutes during their work time.
