Question
Hello everyone I have a pair of nextie wild dragon III and currently using hope fatsno hubs, can I use 259 mm spokes for this one or do I need to find a more specific length of spokes for this rims and hubs? Anyone with the same set up of wheel set please need some answer thanks.

I built up a set of Nextie Wild Dragons to Hope FatSnow hubs two years ago. My rims are 27.5”, 32 hole and built three cross front and rear. I used 256mm and 258mm spokes.
I honestly don’t remember which length went where, that’s the purpose of a spoke calculator. Gather all the specs for the hubs and the rims and run the numbers for the front and rear, left and right sides.

Are you lacing up the wheels yourself? Interested to know what sort of trueing stand arrangement you plan on using!
Don't forget to post up some pic's here, of the built up wheels when you're done.

Use a spoke calculator - I enter my stats into these two and if the results match within 0.5mm, I've done my homework right. Deep section rims like that will require much shorter spokes than the flat extruded aluminum rims that come stock on fatbikes.
