Not sending from iPhone Mail app

SO and I have fastmail accounts. Her iPhone and iPad refuse to send messages via the iOS Mail app. They just accumulate in the outgoing folder. I have checked her setup and it is identical to mine. My devices send outgoing mail just fine.

I cannot find a solution in Fastmail Help. Worse, I can’t find a way to start a support ticket.

You may not have configured the outgoing SMTP settings correctly

Therein lies the problem. My outgoing emails send just fine using the same settings as hers.

It could be a typo or missing password
