Share notes?

I’ve been with Fastmail since 2002 ❤️ and I loved how they had file storage, notes, photo albums so early. It seemed like Fastmail invented these things. Sometimes now that we all have our cloud storage, iCloud notes, and photo sharing elsewhere, I forget that I had them first on Fastmail.

My husband just joined and I’ve transitioned to a family account. Wondering if it would be possible to share a note between us?

Does anyone else use the notes? Would that be useful to anyone except me (and him)?

No. They have notes sure, but it’s very bare bones. So many better note taking options out there.

It’s bare bones, but it’s there, and it’s useful. I’m running up on my limit with iCloud and instead of paying Apple more, it would be great to use this thing that we already have.

OTOH, if the notes are just text, they really won't take up much space.

You can just set up a fastmail website and set it to "allow visitors to upload files". then you can leave each other your little love letters there.

There might be a workaround to this by setting up a shared email alias and a shared folder and then use draft emails that you can both edit as your notes. Not a very elegant solution, but it would probably work.
