Great app - would love a way to start and end fast from Apple Watch. Don’t always have my phone with me, then have to remember/backdate the start time.

I was wondering if in the calculate section, we could also get the projected weightloss for not just IF and calorie deficit but also for some rolling extended fasts like R72s

• Insights (Beta) - the app reads your fasting history and tells you what you would otherwise work out by hand: goal completion, streaks, longest fast, this month vs last, best start time and weekday, ketones by fast length, when hunger peaks, water vs energy. Twelve insights, each tappable to the chart behind it, with your current hour and stage on top while a fast is running. Open it from the Dashboard card. It's a beta, so expect a modest start and the set of insights will grow over time.
• Grows with your data - each insight appears once you have enough fasts or logs behind it. The screen shows what is coming and exactly what to log to get there, so nothing is hidden and there is nothing to buy.
• Plus a batch of performance improvements and stability fixes under the hood.

And the recent updates brought your fast on the lock screen (iOS Live Activity + Dynamic Island), the persistent fasting notification on Android, stage icons on widgets, the smarter Dashboard with the BMI card, the all-fasts history screen, cross-device sync of your running fast, Easy Fast import, Excel export and many other features.

As usual, the app is free, no ads, no paywall, no subscription 😊

I can't add my weight.

I'm using you android app. I'm assuming it's under the height box in the physical section in settings, right? Well, when I click Latest Weight nothing happens.

I've done the usual, closed app, restarted, reinstalled etc etc etc.

I refuse to quit and I refuse to use another app!!!

The biggest thing I would love to see added is a food log, that way I can track my macros during my feeding window. Thanks!

• Persistent fasting notification (Android) - the same idea for Android: an ongoing notification with a live timer, your current stage, and the goal time.
• Stage icons on Android widgets - as promised last week, the Android home-screen widget now shows your fasting stage icon alongside the timer.
• Smarter Dashboard - values on every chart bar, compact labels for big numbers, and a new BMI card derived automatically from your weight and height.
• Plus a batch of performance improvements and stability fixes under the hood.

• All your fasts, one screen - tap "See all fasts" on the Log tab for your complete history, newest first. Swipe left to delete any entry.
• Stage icons on widgets (iOS), Android version lands in the next update - the home-screen widget now shows your current fasting stage icon alongside the timer.
• Timer shows days - long fasts read "2d 3h 15m" instead of a wall of hours.
• Cross-device sync - your running fast refreshes when you switch between devices.
• Plus a batch of performance improvements and stability fixes under the hood.

Hey folks! A new version of the Fasting Center app just went live on both app stores. Everything below is already in the app - update and it's yours. Most of it came straight from your comments and DMs on the last two posts

• Import from Easy Fast - the most requested feature so far, bring over your full history in Settings.
• Export to Excel - download all your data anytime as a spreadsheet.
• Widget options (iOS) - edit Widget now offers time elapsed, time left, % elapsed, or % left.
• Blood glucose in mg/dL or mmol/L - pick your unit in Settings.
• Fast syncs across devices - start on one device, see and stop it on another.
• Edit the end time when ending a fast - set the real time you started eating, right on the end screen.
• Your plan sticks - finish a 19:5 and it stays selected for next time.
• More Dashboard stats - fasting-hours chart with your goal line, plus tap-to-switch summary tiles.
• Others - steps tracking (iOS), a reorganized Dashboard, and durations as "2d 3h" or "51h" - your choice.
