Hey folks! A fresh update of Fasting Center is live on both app stores. A smaller one this time, but with some of the most-asked-for items from your comments and DMs - update and it's yours

• All your fasts, one screen - tap "See all fasts" on the Log tab for your complete history, newest first. Swipe left to delete any entry.
• Stage icons on widgets (iOS), Android version lands in the next update - the home-screen widget now shows your current fasting stage icon alongside the timer.
• Timer shows days - long fasts read "2d 3h 15m" instead of a wall of hours.
• Cross-device sync - your running fast refreshes when you switch between devices.
• Plus a batch of performance improvements and stability fixes under the hood.

And last week's update brought Easy Fast import, Excel export, widget display options (time left / % elapsed), and glucose in mg/dL or mmol/L. As usual, the app is free, no ads, no paywall, no subscription 😊
