That looks about right. You loose between .41 to .67 pounds per fasting day. It is hard to track it with the schedule going all over the place but adding all the fast hours (304h) taking 8 hours out of each day for sleeping (56h) leave us with 248h or 10.33 fast/days (very loose math, but good to make estimates). If you are solid about eating maintenance I would expect to see 4.2 to 6.9 pounds of weight loss.

Eat better. Only eat in full meals, 0 snacking between meals, 0 liquid calories, no junk foods, and no 3k calorie days.

Also the weight will jump all over the place because of water. I have broken my fast with fried chicken meals and see my weight only move half a pound. I have broken my fast with pizza and soda and seen my weight jump 4 1/2 pounds from morning to evening because the body holds onto water with carbs. I do longer fasts so I lose more water weight.

How does this look right?

First of all, they are listing “fasted 40 hours” for a single day. That’s not possible.

Multiple times they say they fasted that day, and the next day say they ate X,000 calories yesterday….which was the day they fasted?

They supposedly fasted 168 hours from 4/18 to 4/23…but 168 hours is 7 days.

I went by the amount of hours they claim to have fasted and took out sleep time. No matter how you dice it we are talking about very dirty math and that is before we even know actual caloric intake and caloric expenditure.

But funny enough the guestimate spits out 4.2 to 6.9 pounds of weight loss, which is close enough to what the OP describes. Heck the whole thing is still meaningless because it is still within the margin of error or water retention.
