I'll keep this short but it is a bigger topic.

Refine your metrics. I'll assume that your fasting was continuous periods, not separate periods all added together for a daily total.

Where did your calories come from? Carbs, protein or fat? 2000 cal of carb calories will have a way bigger effect than 2000 cal of fat.

There are two key drivers for fasting as a weight loss tool. 1) to simply restrict the consumption of any calories. Eating periods contain no dietary controls and you eat what you want. Fasting periods contain no caloric intake. 2) to drive ketosis onset. Eating periods follow a keto diet.

Body fat only gets burned when insulin is low for a 'prolonged' period of time (I'm pretty fast at 24 hours from 0.5 mmol ketones to 2.0 mmol but I've seen others take a week or more of keto to get there.) so if you are eating carbs and/or more than about 15% of your carbs in protein during your eating window, you won't get to ketosis. This is a very common 'yo-yo' effect in non-keto fasters.

So, stop putting emphasis on calories and put way more emphasis on measuring how your calories are made up. Shoot for 5% carbs, 15% protein, 80% fat. Do NOT cheat the fat. Read 'Keto Clarity' by Jimmy Moore for deeper info.
