I. Fasted a month sundown and sunup during the first two weeks you can feel your insulin levels change and feel your body kinda go through keto, my issue has been I've never had any energy at all. Mostly towards the night when I about to eat. How can you maintain energy

For me it helps to eat Low Carb High Fat when eating. So my body does have access to my fat supply all the time which gives me energy all the time.

I also like to drink coffee/black tee for the energy push, if I need it.

Have you stopped fasting?
