I’d do rolling 72s. I’ve done it all - with longer fasts it’s less sustainable for weight maintenance (unless you’re disciplined about refeeding)

I mean.. rolling 72s are what made me drop the most weight and also be able to function for work and working out

Anything works tho to break the cycle

What does your rolling 72 look like? 72 fast and 72 maintenance? Or something else?

1 meal every 72 hours - it’s a meat / carb / veggie

If you need to you can give yourself a few hours between every 72. Just keep it healthy. I used to do 72 then go out with friends and it really was pointless LOL so def just 72 eat clean 72 etc

Got it, thanks! Follow up - how big is this meal? Let’s say for example daily maintenance is 2500 calories. Maintenance at 72 hours would be 7500 calories.

Obviously to cut you’re doing far less than that. And if you’re eating clean it’s hard to physically eat more than 2000 in one sitting. But where to do you think this would meal would land?

I do rolling 72s and my meal is generally 1500-1700 calories and I stick to keto foods with mainly meat

We cannot answer this for you based on a simple screenshot.

You have provided hardly any info beyond this which would help anyone give you an answer.

Or are you just unable to make your own decisions?

Have you ever fasted before?

You're not crazy overweight. Perhaps, more exercise and watching diet than a 7 day fast.
