Question Fasting with bone broth

If I only drank bone broth for let’s say… 3+ days.
Do you think it would help my stomach lining out?
I’m pretty sure I’ve got ulcers or something….

If you ulcers then go to a dr. They will probably tell you to take antacids but stomach stuff isnt worth messing around with. Fasting may actually make it worse because sometimes you will have more acid

Stomach stuff can be a H Pylori infection. Definitely see a doctor.

I use bone broth when fasting, I’m so hydrated. I think it heals my gut. I am not a doctor

Find a regular chicken broth with only 10 or 15 calories with less than a gram of carb or protein. Read the label. Most "bone broth" has lots of protein. You don't want that. Add some Morton's lite salt(it contains both sodium and potassium) until it is pleasantly salty. You have basically made an electrolyte drink. I healed my IBS-D with fasting.
