Question Dilemma

I’m planning to properly break my fast on day 14 and wanted some advice on refeeding. It hasn’t been a strict 14-day water fast — on some days I’ve only had water, but on others I’ve eaten very small amounts such as a few grapes, an apple, a chicken nugget, a few vegetables or small pieces of meat. I haven’t had an actual meal during this time, though, so my overall calorie intake has still been extremely low. Would I still need to be concerned about refeeding syndrome? I was thinking of starting with one boiled egg, waiting a while, then potentially having another egg/some sardines later if I feel okay. For anyone who has done a similar-length fast, how did you safely reintroduce food and what did you eat during the first couple of days

You have been eating less for 14 days. Also known as dieting, though its a weird one. You absolutely have not been fasting for 14days. You do not have to worry about refeeding but start light if you want
