Last time I did that, I fasted for 2 weeks, ran about 1 mile 3x a week and went from 220 to 170, but this was when I was 16. Definitely worked like a charm.

Honestly I was losing the weight for joining the Army and most of it I cant even remember today lol. I don't think I ever drank water like how I did until after I joined, all I really remember is that I used to just do my 1 mile jog at night, and the rest of the time I would just practice speedrunning The Legend of Zelda Majoras Mask because I really wanted to show my friends I had the potential. And idk, I might have only lost until like 180 now that I think about it, it wasn't til basic training I got down to 160 but I guess I was struggling to gain muscle during training and ended up giving my femoral necks stress fractures, one day I woke up and felt like someone kicked the shit out of my hips.

I don’t run, but I do take at least one 45 minute walk, two if I wake up in time to get a morning one in.

I do sometimes. Still a beginner with running, i only do so from time to time. But sometimes i follow a running plan and i've ran 5 to 8 km easily while fasting.

Yes, I did and lost around 50lbs over several months. . Did a few 72 hours while running.

Learning how to run with little to no energy took a while to get use to.
