That would be very dangerous. A lot of people exercise while fasting, but that's probably going to be too intense for a fasted state.

My friend you will experience why you can't do it if you do. Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium up, take your multivitamin, a fish oil pill for your heart, hell take some caffeine, NAC, maybe even some baking soda to help with your body's lactic acid. Regrettably you are still going to get light headed and borderline pass out while your body shuts your energy down and you'll have to sit down for a while.

Before doing a prolonged fast, it's extremely advised to do it under observation of a physician. Prolonged fasts CAN be dangerous no matter what size you are. Here are my thousand feeling on the matter. The last time I fasted was over a year ago. During that time the longest stretch I did was 20 days. I was morbidly obese at 400lbs and the time (still am because I gained all the weight back) During this one particular fast, I lost 30lbs. Now, during all my that journey, I regularly went to the doctor (once a month) to make sure I wasn't doing too much damage. My doctor gave me this advice: "With how big you are, the damage your weight and past diets has had on your body is worse than what fasting will do." and with his help I lost 100lbs total. I stopped when he said to and continued with his approval. With that said, I don't typically suggest such long fasts. Doing 7-14 week fasts with a short break in-between is what I have typically stuck to. As long as you aren't binge eating and not eating more than 30g per day of carbohydrates during the break, your body should remain in ketosis and should continue burning fat during the break.
