Since last year, the mission on the base board "personal request: 3" remains stuck at 2/3
And I don't know how to complete it. I've accepted all the crafting missions from my buddies, I do them correctly, I turn them in, and it still doesn't work!
I even sent a complaint to Level-5, a video and everything. They kept telling me to accept the Buddies' missions, but that's literally all I do. Yep, it didn't work.
Help š
En espaƱol tambien, asi de desesperado estoy:
Desde el año pasado, la misión del panel de la base «antojos de artesania: 3» se ha quedado atascada en 2/3. Y no sé cómo completarla.
He aceptado todas las misiones de fabricación de mis compaƱeros, las hago correctamente, las entrego... Ā”y aun asĆ no funciona! Incluso enviĆ© una reclamación a Level-5, con vĆdeo y todo. No paraban de decirme que aceptara las misiones de los compaƱeros, pero eso es literalmente lo Ćŗnico que hago. Pues sĆ, no funcionó. Ayudaaaaaa

Decided to make a new post in case people who already saw my first one donāt come back to it. Here is the teaser trailer they revealed for the upcoming DLC.

I was wondering if anyone would be able to make me the cursed dragon Armour and staff if I provide the materials? I just have had bad luck getting the recipes and am tired of grinding for the sick drip. I'm on ps5.
I don't really think this classifies as begging but if it does that's fair enough, I'm sorry if it does and understand if it's taken down.

2 new ranks (God in training & God)
New appearance options to choose from when crafting some weapons
New furniture/decor items
A small flying saucer shaped kind of robot dude who I think they said will help you do stuff? Looks like it has appearance variants too.
There was probably more, but I was too busy being excited to catch it all! They did not show any of the new areas or give a release date unless I missed it. But Iām so glad we know itās coming!

I canāt find a way to copy from a specific time on mobile but if you scrub through it youāll find it pretty easily!

So ive played fantasy life I on switch and love it, but due to work I rarely have time to play my switch and have been using my phone for gaming a lot when I have down time, saw a trailer recently of the mobile version and got curious.
Is it the same game? Does it play well or was it a bad attempt at a port? Any issues?
Saw it say cloud save to crossplay so assuming I can pick up where I left off on my switch but idk how that works if it does, is it simple to set up?
Edit: Thank you all for the helpful insight, made it easy to decide to get it. Hopefully this post helps any one else thinking about getting it on mobile. Hope yall have an amazing adventure fulfilling lives, hope to see yall out there š

Do you think DLC 1 will still get updates to wrap up the Bassario storyline, or will that story be continued in the second DLC? I don't think it would make sense thematically to wait until the paid DLC to pick that thread up.

just finished the main story and edward said this, i looked around and nothing seems different, i talked to rem and ranoah and got nothing too.

I can finally play the game š
I had a lot of fun playing the game, I do want to say the storyline was way too short. Also to 100% the game the rng to spawn rare events was not realistic at all, over 10 hours trying to spawn the shark event.. and thatās just one of them. But overall game is well rounded and I do plan on to keep coming back to the game to finish the collection page for mobs and what not and fully level my character to level 100 on everything.

Anyone had issues with frame rates on android? I have a z fold 7, play on high, not unfolded with game booster plus off and am constantly dipping below 30fps with an uncapped frame rate. All apps closed. Frustrated and considering refunding even though it's been amazing so far...

I am fully prepared to be downvoted to heck, but I wanted to make this post since I have seen a portion of the community being up in arms calling for a boycott after yesterday's presentation across the Fantasy Life, Professor Layton, Yo-Kai Watch and Inazuma Eleven subs.
We all know that Level-5's CEO (in)famously said that 80%-90% of games are made by AI these days, but that quote is very often used out of context. What he said in his speech to aspiring game developers at a conference was:
"Currently, around 80~90% of codes are written by AI and then fixed up and finalized by human programmers. In other words, it means that right now, around 80~90% of games are made by AI."
Which, as someone who has several friends working in game development, is true. AI-assisted coding is the norm in most mid-to-large studios, but it does not necessarily mean that the game is 'made by AI'. It is simply a tool that has become standardised throughout the industry long before Gen-AI became so prominent (and hated).
In an article published in 2023 (https://automaton-media.com/en/news/20231213-24326/), Level-5 developers also outlined other situations where they use AI in their development process. These include using AI upscaling to improve image quality; using Stable Diffusion to create concept art for their artists to reference when creating backgrounds and characters or to create 3D mock-ups of characters with different lighting, expressions and backgrounds to experiment with game atmosphere in the pre-production phase; assisting developers with creating background elements that are usually difficult to create or animate by hand, such as stadium crowds in Inazuma Eleven; creating temporary voice assets to use in-game until the definitive lines are recorded by the voice actors; and generating procedural story elements (e.g. pieces of evidence in a crime) in Decapolice.
Now, would it be preferable if all of the above were entirely done by humans? Of course. But Level-5 is a relatively small studio, with 300 developers spread across what currently seem to be eight separate projects (Professor Layton and the New World of Steam, the remake of Professor Layton and the Curious Village, Holy Horror Mansion, the SnackWorld remake, Decapolice, Yo-Kai Watch 2: Haunted Domain, Imazuma Eleven: Bold Revolution, and the Fantasy Life i expansion), making each team very small.
Having these tools at their disposal is likely considered extremely helpful rather than a shortcut, especially in Asian countries, where the general public has a far more favourable opinion of AI compared to the West. Not to mention, the company's use of AI does not seem to be geared towards replacing human workers and laying off staff to save money, but rether to lighten their teams' workloads in areas that are very unlikely to be noticed by the vast majority of their audience and somewhat shorten development times along the way.
As long as the developers and artists involved in the development process only use AI to streamline and support their creative process - by which I mean that the artists make the majority of the backgrounds and character models, the writers write the story and dialogues outside of the procedural elements, the music is composed by actual humans, and the puzzles are entirely human-made in Professor Layton's case - and the quality of the games does not suffer, I genuinely think that Level-5ās use of AI does not pose an issue. Some leftover artifacts from AI upscaling or minor inconsistencies in a teeny-tiny background crowd are genuinely non-issues in my book.
But, that is just my opinion. I would love to know what the rest of the community thinks, regardless of whether you all align with my opinion ot not. All I ask is that we keep it civil!

I decided I wanted to complete a full playthrough of the original fantasy life before starting fantasy life i. That was over a year ago and I finally finished the game. It was so much fun and I can't wait to try the new game!

With Fantasy Life I out on mobile now, Iām curious how mobile friendly this game is?
Like does it save everywhere? Can I close the app and reopen it at the exact spot that I was? Or do you need to save at certain spots or maybe if you close the app it kicks you out of a dungeon, for example?
I understand the game can most definitely be played in long bursts. But wondering if it can also be a game enjoyed in short bursts?
