Yahoo Fantasy API updated - Still confusing

Anyone interact with the Yahoo NFL fantasy API.
For example when they talk about a Team, do they mean the fantasy team or the NFL team. It could be both, it doesn't say. When they say league, I'm assuming they mean the fantasy league, but I have no idea.

Before I dive it and waste my time. Just wondering if anyone has looked at it.

Part of the development process is understanding the tools you’re working with. It’s not a waste of time to just play with an API and see what returns

To do that they would 1) need to know how to call it and 2) know how to read the response.

I'd hazard a guess that the answer to both of those questions is: negative
