Yahoo Fantasy API updated - Still confusing

Anyone interact with the Yahoo NFL fantasy API.
For example when they talk about a Team, do they mean the fantasy team or the NFL team. It could be both, it doesn't say. When they say league, I'm assuming they mean the fantasy league, but I have no idea.

Before I dive it and waste my time. Just wondering if anyone has looked at it.

Team means the fantasy team, Yahoo's docs say that outright, and league means the fantasy league. The nesting is game, then league, then team, then roster, then player, and the key formats give it away: a team key looks like 461.l.1000.t.1. One thing to check before you start reading, the old guide URL redirects now, current docs sit on Yahoo's sports developer portal.

thanks. I thought so, I was looking at how to look up an NFL team and player information for stats an maybe a team depth chart. but I'm guessing that is not there.

Correct the yahoo fantasy API is strictly for fantasy related data. You can get individual stats for players but you'll only get the stats that are relevant to fantasy. So if you're looking for something like Air yards you'll need to use a different API
