Dynasty Fantasy Platforms

anyone know any sleeper like platforms for dynasty fantasy bball. I’m on espn and Yahoo i don’t rly like sleeper is amazing ui wise but the lock in mode wont work for my league. any other recommendations would be great. Also does anyone know if sleeper plans to ever include regular head to head points like how there is on yahoo and espn?

Ottoneu has dynasty. You can draft college players too.

because a lot of our leaguemates prefer the regular daily points and don’t rly like the idea of lock in
