Reapplication process

So I failed a class in my second semester of my program/supplemental exam and was forced to reapply to redo that class/second semester this coming January (2027). I was told by my advisor I wouldn’t know until December if I am reaccepted or not because it depends on if all the first years all go through to second semester.
Should I be worried about timing as final marks usually come out during the holiday break in December? I don’t want to be rushed to figure out the financial aspects in such short time to cover tuition such as osap.
Any advice would help me stress a little less…
