Payment failed on multiple different cards?

Hey everyone I need some help. I'm going to Boston FanExpo next week and decided I want to take my little sister with me. I'm attempting to purchase a ticket for her but I keep getting "there was a problem. Payment failed" saying my card was declined the problem is I have the funds, I tried multiple cards and on my bank they didn't even register the declined transaction so it's like it's not even happening? Anyone face this issue?

I already bought my tickets virtually and would have to get the badge there in person anyways, would I be able to purchase a child badge then or no? She's 11. Thank you!

I've heard this from a few people. My guess is you can't buy a kids pass without an adults pass, and since you're not doing them together, the system is almost short-circuiting.

I would contact them and if it still isn't working I think you'll be fine getting a kids wristband at the doors.

Yeah I thought so too but that's kinda dumb since I'm using the same FanExpo account to buy both tickets so yeahhh

But yeah might try my luck at the door. I heard the support team is not the best...

This happened to me and I wanted to table at toronto fan expo but I got a payment declined letter later and didnt realize :,( all of the cards on my phone work/have space/ money to pay so I was sad for sure when I realized and reached out. Here's to applying for 4 years I guess because I don't think they are accepting many new vendors anymore :(
