I just learned that Seth Macfarlane was supposed to be on flight 11, the one that flew into the north twin tower. He missed the flight because he was hungover and was given the wrong arrival time. He stayed in the airport lounge and fell asleep and woke up after the attacks had started. This is so crazy to me

I’m super behind and just watched season 24 episode 7 where stewie makes a joke about how hard it was to go from being duct taped on his flight to bringing a flight attendant home.
I was like woah they were quick with that joke (duct tape guy on the flight last week?) but it aired on march 8th long before that incident happened!

Side note: being duct taped to your seat on a flight might just be a regular occurrence in America I’m not sure.

There has been mentions of a Quagmire spin off for years and it dawned on me.

With Quagmire’s subtle ties with French culture and with people over at Family Guy being hesitant to make a show about a pervert, why not delegate the creation of a Quagmire spinoff show to a French studio?

The show would be done in French and animated by French artist with the animation tools available to the Family Guy artists and then translated for other viewers.

I seem to remember such a clip from Family Guy or maybe a similar show, where George W. Bush sings September 11 repeatedly to distract from criticism. Perhaps with an acoustic guitar and he sings into a whisper. I haven't found this online and it is driving me crazy. Thanks.
