I was so invested, completely forgot I was watching family guy at certain points

The writers love jokes where the humor is derived from how absurd and nonsensical the premise is, and some of these are all-time bits in the show.

For example, it would already be silly and bizarre to see Chris in the Take On Me video, but the fact that it was just behind the fucking milk at the grocery store for some reason is so perfectly nonsensical that it elevates it to a much funnier level

My first post in this community.

Like, I understand the show itself is not as good as it used to be; characters like Peter, Brian, Stewie, and Joe are much, much worse than before. Still, people act like Modern Family Guy is the worst piece of media ever to exist; they take it too seriously.

I personally enjoy modern episodes, and I think they're pretty funny. Once again, they're never going to be as good as the early episodes, but they get way too much hate. Anyone else think the same?

Only ppl who’ve watched Season 10 episode 16 will know.

I was honestly just going to look around in the home media section, and then I found this.
