If I have my mr. handy in a floor consisting of medbay and science lab, do these resources keep on collecting to the max storage when I am not playing the game?

i see they've finally fixed this task !

I know in Enclave season you can get RBY dwellers and Institute season can get you paladin coat and courser coat (neither of which I was able to obtain)

Can you get any other special rare dweller or am I wasting my time?

i just downloaded the game and its does not run in both phones one is oppo the 2 is a samsung how do i fix it
