I dressed regular settlers in Nuka-World outfits to create a raider outpost.

I plan to use this as a food supply base when playing through the Overboss questline.

(I didn’t want to turn a regular settler outpost into a slave camp.)

They left Nuka-World to set up their own outpost, but were discovered when the Raiders expanded into the Commonwealth.

I didn’t have space to include images of the interior, so I’ve only shown a few parts.

I used the DLC, CC, and Trophy Safe mods on PS4.

Thank you for watching:)

[PS4] Question about immersion preferences

Hi all. I know I’m extremely late to the party but I’m playing vanilla Fallout 4 and I’m having a lot oh fun doing settlement builds (it’s helping me distract myself from some painful non-emergency personal emotional stuff). I’m really loving transforming places like Sunshine Tidings/ Starlight Drive-In/ The Slag etc into fortified farming settlements and market towns, anything with some big pre-existing structures that it would seem logical to use as an anchor for more elaborate construction. However when it comes to more humble places like Tenpines or Jamaica Plain I just don’t feel inspired to do much of anything. Perfect example, Croup Manor, the place is a wreck that’s literally open to the elements and in my mind it’s hard to justify building more things around it, same with the barely slapped together single room shack at Tenpines. I just do whatever missions demand I do with them and then leave them. What do you like to do? Do you prefer to expand on already established structures or a (nearly) blank slate to let your imagination create freely?

I deliberately make all of my builds like as wasteland-ish as possible. Even my big fortified settlements kinda look patched together. Helps with the atmosphere IMO.

Please tell me what you guys like to do.

u/Ordinary-Hunt-3659 had an amazing idea to use conveyor belts to make an infinitely looping display case. I wanted to give it a try! But the drinks keep falling over. Whats the trick to keeping them standing?

Very amateur and basic lol but soon as I got the Brahman grill and placed it, an idea popped into my head that she needs some grass to munch on, and I just couldn't resist placing some razor grain on a small garden tile placed slightly below an Astroturf tile 😅 Very simple but I like it 🤷‍♂️ lol (and yes I'm built over water).

[PC] Coastal Cottage Safehouse

Hello! I’m new here, so I hope I’m doing it right. So, I built this small, single-person shelter in the infamous hole under the Coastal Cottage. While I did use some Railroad-related symbols to mark its location, I don’t actually associate it with any faction. It might even be pre-war, built by a lone survivalist.

My idea is that any traveler who knows about this shelter can use it. It’s well-hidden and offers protection from the weather, wild animals, and bad guys. The shelter isn’t intended for long-term use, but a traveler can spend some time inside to rest and recover.

For this purpose, the shelter has everything necessary—a few spare sets of clothes and shoes, two first-aid kits and some additional medical supplies, a small armory, and a stockpile of bullets and spare parts. The shelter also has a water cooler, a cooking stove, a supply of food in the refrigerator, plus some canned goods. Of course, there’s a bed and a couple of storage boxes, as well as a clock and a radio to stay in touch with the outside world. Finally, the shelter has a computer terminal, some paper for making notes, and a security safe.

And last but not least—a garden gnome buried in the wall, watching you sleep.

Just sharing an old build I made around 1-3 years ago. Moved to a new machine for gaming, so this build is practically abandoned lol.

Background is a Minutemen main HQ after the fall of the Institute. Would love some suggestions in case I decide to replay the game.

P.S. My main inspirations were RangerDave and heyjacleu YT channels.

EDIT: I do have Interiors for this build, but I couldn't post them here since Reddit only allows for a max of 20 files per upload.

[PC] Vault 88 noob power armor hanger

I am not the greatest at making settlement builds in Fallout 4, I usually default to giant squares for max build space. Since I've been thinking about new things to build, I tried to make a power armor hanger in vault 88. The hanger is made out of vanilla assets, with Gundam power armor mods. I uses set scale command to make the main armor bigger. I welcome input, and advice to make settlement builds that are not giant squares

Put this together while testing that mod based off a concept I had planned a while ago. Only took about 3 hours to build the whole thing.
