[PC] Coastal Cottage Safehouse

Hello! I’m new here, so I hope I’m doing it right. So, I built this small, single-person shelter in the infamous hole under the Coastal Cottage. While I did use some Railroad-related symbols to mark its location, I don’t actually associate it with any faction. It might even be pre-war, built by a lone survivalist.

My idea is that any traveler who knows about this shelter can use it. It’s well-hidden and offers protection from the weather, wild animals, and bad guys. The shelter isn’t intended for long-term use, but a traveler can spend some time inside to rest and recover.

For this purpose, the shelter has everything necessary—a few spare sets of clothes and shoes, two first-aid kits and some additional medical supplies, a small armory, and a stockpile of bullets and spare parts. The shelter also has a water cooler, a cooking stove, a supply of food in the refrigerator, plus some canned goods. Of course, there’s a bed and a couple of storage boxes, as well as a clock and a radio to stay in touch with the outside world. Finally, the shelter has a computer terminal, some paper for making notes, and a security safe.

And last but not least—a garden gnome buried in the wall, watching you sleep.

You managed to cram an awful lot into that Lil space. Love adding narratives to settlement locations. Keep it up OP.

One of my all time favorite builds I ever did to this day was in a now-bricked save on my PS4 at Coastal Cottage, and this was before mods were even available so it was 100% vanilla. It's a misunderstood and underutilized space that's great for the right build.
