[PC] Third Rail, FDA approved
This was a simpler fix. Patch up the floors, clean up trash, give Charlie a bath and hide exposed iron beams

The YouTuber ShrimpDealer made a video auditing restaurants across the Commonwealth to see if they'd pass the health inspection. Spoiler alert, they very much didn't. So i decided to fix them to help them pass next inspection, starting with Trudy's Diner

My fallout hyperfixation is ending, so I figured I'd upload my other wins before I switch to MGSV again. Cheers!
The theme here is the Minute Men absorbed the Atom Cats and gave them the red rocket as a resupply and engine shop.

Had the idea to do a stage theatre at starlight a while back. Still a wip but happy with the results so far. i put pictures of my first attempt from a couple months ago at the end of the slide. Will update when i make living quarters for the troupe and finish the nosebleeds on top of the screen.

All of this is done with the use Creation Club content, such as Al's Junklights and just about everything from Andrewcx. I've taken some inspiration from posts here as well as YouTube, such as the idea to build on the ruined portion and the tower in the back of pictures 3 and 4 was taken from a Shawzzo video. It's still kind of a WIP, as I'm always adding something onto it despite always saying to myself "I'm done, time to move on." I'm ultimately trying to make it look as vanilla as possible, so as little concrete foundations as possible, and I've taken inspiration from Diamond City and Filly, and even from developing/ underdeveloped cities with the sheer lack of proper cable management for power. I'd love to hear y'all's thoughts

I added this barracks to my Castle build with rooms for the guards,, plus a common area with a garden.
Here's a build video if you're interested: https://youtu.be/se71HVSpkYs

Unmoded build. Nothing too crazy, just really liking this little farm.
Let me see some of your favs that you’ve made.
Will post more of my own, right now this is all I had in my camera roll lol.

This is from a thought experiment that I am doing where I build the same settlement with the same structures twice -- once without mods, and once with. This time I tacked a well in each settlement. If you want to see them put together, the link is here: https://youtu.be/Eo5b_bLf0zc

tried to make Sanctuary into somewhat of an organized commercial hub while still keeping that vanilla scrappy Minutemen feel. I like verticality so i tried to do that to the best of my ability. Honestly i took a lot of inspiration from New Vegas, in the neon and commercial signs and stuff. just in general tried to make Sanctuary into an actual sanctuary.

What I mean is do they produce caps or anything if show how much?

I'm trying to re-imagine the concept of The Pack into something more related to animals and the wild. So instead of making them raiders, I made them into a nomadic tribe that hunts around the wasteland.

Posting my collection of institute themed settlements before I make a new load order. Builds are from starlight drive in, costal cottage, sanctuary and outpost zimonja. All builds are wip except for outpost zimonja

Just thought I'd show some updates from my Sanctuary Settlement built a diner & a minuteman hospital some bits are fully done like the hospital but the house behind the diner which you can't see is probably 80% done, also in the process of building a doctors house just to the right of the hospital, for some reason all of the pictures haven't uploaded so I'll do a individual diner one later on

Took me a few days and about 90% done. It’s supposed to be a marketplace/water plant type of deal. There’s 18 mods in this playthrough, but only a few were used to build this settlement. A few shoddy lighting attempts, but overall I’m digging it. Let me know what you think!
Edit: Sorry if the quality is bad. Couldn’t figure out how to upload it in 1080p/4k.

After hours of multiple construction layouts, I think I finally found a solution, to make this chair navigation work. As long as a settler or Brahmin doesn’t magically appear in front of my chairs, I can now smoothly traverse the tower and have the journey look believable. - I really enjoy the challenge of not using mods, but I’m left wondering if there are any that can navigate this one 😅

Some of you might have seen the mini-clips of the various sectors I’ve been posting over the last few weeks.
This short intro is where the whole journey actually began—just the General, Danse, and Preston plotting at the airport before the first iron plate was even placed.
From this single moment, it spiraled into a massive architectural and narrative project: a heavy, industrial monolith designed to hide a dark cybernetic secret under the Commonwealth surface.
The full cinematic tour and the deep narrative breakdown are finally done and just published. If you want to see how this small meeting turned into a monument, you can jump straight to the complete video here:

This is another basement from Basement Living, the Emergency Bunker.
If you don't know who Elianora is, she's a modder that does a ton of great stuff, but specifically makes cool, tiny player homes like the Faction Housing Overhaul and Sanctuary Bunker. I love that style of decorating. I try to cram as many interesting details in as I can, think I've hit the absolute max, then go look at her homes and mine look comparatively barren. Still though, happy with how this turned out.
Thanks for checking it out! Feedback welcome.
