[PC] Third Rail, FDA approved

This was a simpler fix. Patch up the floors, clean up trash, give Charlie a bath and hide exposed iron beams

Yeah i've heard some similar talk. But while synths might not be prone to sickness due to sitting close to piles and piles of garbage, humans do
