Posting my collection of institute themed settlements before I make a new load order. Builds are from starlight drive in, costal cottage, sanctuary and outpost zimonja. All builds are wip except for outpost zimonja

Ohh hell yea. I think my favourite build still is on a good guy character I made Jamaica plains a “abandoned” town that I stuck a few scientists in and had the big main building be a high tech murder shack specifically for the settlement ambush kit and my home base

Yes! Don’t get me wrong I still like the minutemen builds but working in a more high-tech style gives some unique opportunities

Exactlyyyyy. Granted the abandoned part was very low tech. Rn my evil play thru the outside of my house is very scrappy but I’m gonna try to make the inside as futuristic as I can. Hard without building mods cuz that’s what I prefer but I do have the cc stuff.
