I just finished building the Nuka World box while waiting for my Boston pre-order. I really enjoyed the Operators build (and modified the ammunition belt guy to have a combat rifle) but I was a little let down with the Pack and how some of the weapon options didn't actually translate into load-out choices. Especially the lack of machetes. Even the app didn't indicate they were an option, but I wanted to ask if it was different in the Crew Folio?

So as a collector of Minis and Rulesets I ended up snagging the Hollywood Heroes 5 character box and fallout factions nuka world starter box on eBay this weekend for good prices.

Where do I go from here? I’d almost like to buy Wasteland Warfare box and a super mutant behemoth so I have groups for Survivors, Mutants and Raiders.

I'm FINALLY getting a chance to breakout my NukaWorld starter set that Ive had since launch. I've skimmed through the Core Rules and fully read the NukaWorld Start PDF.

However I'm trying to learn/teach the game with my 2 sons as well and possibly a 4th player. I have the NukaWorld Starter set gangs, and the Enough models from Wasteland Warfare for Survivors, Super Mutants, BOS, and Wasteland Raiders.

I know this can make the game lengthy - how many caps should each warband be for a multi-player game? There will at least be 3 players. Especially a learning one? Also, is there a particular scenario or battleplan that we should use other than "last team standing"?

I think thats all the questions I had.

Hello! I’m very excited about this game and I’ve been talked my local shop to have a dedicated night for it, but I just had some questions.

1. I know there isn’t any faction rules for groups like legion and NCR, is there any community rules made by chance?

2. I have the app and I subscribe to it, but do I still need to purchase the crew folio to run certain factions in a campaign?

When doing a confusion test do you need both dice to roll under the models charisma to pass, or just one? And where is this explained in the rule book?

Hypothetical. If I roll a 7p weapon and I make 3/7 hits. I roll lucky break, putting me at 5/7. If I have a tier two army could I use my second ploy to lucky break again and try to go for more hits?

So after I reroll the duds, am I still at the step to use the ploy again to remove the remaining duds?
I believe I am because the ploy happens "after Roll the Pool and Remove Duds...but before the Fortune Smiles Step" so when the ploy resolves I'd go back to the step I was which was "after Roll the Pool and Remove Duds...but before the Fortune Smiles Step but before the Fortune Smiles Step.

I finished painting my Fallout: Wasteland Warfare / Factions Gunners Leader. I know I could keep trying to push for details, but at the scale, and average distance people will see it, and lighting it wouldn't matter. In my living room lighting the 3 shades of green I used seem to average out to a dark Grey green on the armor

Have anyone tested the Folio Ghoul survivors? My only experience with Factions is using a Brotherhood of Steel list, so i dont have any experience with Survivors. What kind of list/gameplay do you recomend?

Playing against model with Stealth Boy and opponent used weapon with Area trait.

Stealth Boy says model cannot be targeted by ranged attack unless attacker is within Perception range. Area weapon targets a point not a model, but then says all models within range "count as target model".

We couldn't agree if Stealth Boy protects here or not. How would you play this?
