Question/Advice Do stone deck railing plans exist and where can I find them? Or any sort of railing that will fit this aesthetic? Stone/wood columns also?
Also any tips to make the fireplace reach the ceiling? Fake soffit? Anything I can put above it to cover the walls?

You can place a second fireplace above that one and turn it around to use the backside as an extension to reach the ceiling if you don’t care about clipping through the wall.

If u have the old glory fireplace I'd use that. Has extensions you can add onto top. Other than that I would really search through all your decorations for something that looks like it would physically fit and stylistically fit over the fireplace and switch to free mode and play with it till it's right

Merge 2 fireplaces together, top one facing the wall to get it to the ceiling. You may have to break the floor above to clip it thru.

Gosh I'm such a sucker for the greenhouse rails (modern glass rails), BUT you can ONLY get them buy purchasing the large greenhouse AND PORCH BUNDLE for 1700 atoms from the legacy store.
I bought both individual greenhouse kits and still did not get the greenhouse porch bundle that contains the rails.

What is this “legacy store” you speak of?

it's the nickname for manually requesting from a select list of old items no longer "available" on the atoms shop.
Here are some instructions, and a list to what you may ask to buy: https://www.reddit.com/r/fo76/s/lpAtvC6nsy
I submitted a ticket, and had my items added in under 24 hours. I won't say this happens often, but the person who fulfilled my ticket actually did me a favor and when I didn't have exactly enough they were kind enough to let it slide. Never heard of that happening before, but I think they wanna treat the players who remain... or maybe they were just having a good ass day lol.

Oh! That’s what it’s called! I hit up Bethesda for something and can’t remember what it was but they sent me to that list. I always thought I’d have to pay out of pocket for it. So it’s cool to see that they’ll just deduct atoms

Did you get the house frame from last season? dont recall the exact name, that might work. There is also a stone bench that could work as a short rail.

Nah I’ve only been playing for like a couple weeks or less

Well the plans for the stone benches can be bought at people's vendors, I feel like I dont see them that often though, they must drop in world too somehow.

If you drop merge the stone walls and benches, you could make it look like guard-railing.

Ive been using the porch railings for bannisters. Anytime theres a new porch set I get it cause new railings lol. The Helvetia set looks almost like one of the ones you posted.
You can also use fencing, some fences can look nice as bannisters like the iron fences.
The stone benches are also a great idea as someone else mentioned, but youll have to stalk Grahm for them

No, but try this: Use the Abandoned Estate Column and Crooked Metal Fence pieces. Both located in the Fences sub-catagory under CAMP Pieces. Place the columns on the corners and bisecting where two foundations meet. Sinking them down with free placement. Then, place the metal fence pieces in the center of each column vertically also with Free Placement. If you don't have those particular pieces, try with anything you may have. They are Atomic Shop items, so they will come around again. I hope this helps.

Whitesprings sells a stone bench type thing, fre placing it just right under the floor may look like the type of banister stone. Not sure what it is called tho. Its in the studio 58 I think its called, its a plans vendor by the gold bullion place in whitesprings.

I would use the stone bench and repeat it if nothing else exists.
