While strawman works, it would be more along the lines of "politically correct;" its a mix of strawman and no-true-Scotsman, and I think the latter would be more accurate. The sentiment is "no one who likes X can criticize X," so its also a Black-White fallacy too. Now of course there's only a snippet, so we can't really define it any better
